Dr. David A. Bray is Chief Information Officer for the Federal Communications Commission, overseeing the Commission's efforts to modernize legacy systems and transform technology partnerships in telecommunications, broadband, competition, the spectrum, the media, public safety, and security. He previously served as Executive Director with the National Commission for Review of Research and Development Programs of the U.S. Intelligence Community and later received the National Intelligence Exceptional Achievement Medal.
