Innovation and Communication

Innovation requires people to hear each other or it’s like bad collaboration; it’s worse than no collaboration.

when innovation happens it’s often an idea taken from one sphere is moved into another or a new situation or they see a problem or opportunity they want to solve.                

So communicate for innovation usually requires people with diverse backgrounds and experiences to find a way to work together to have several lenses on the situation. So to connect and to hear each other and to follow up on ideas and to be candid to agree or disagree in good will are keys to innovating.
