The number one is the cross functionality of it, and I know that’s a kind of malapropism, but cross functionality. People don’t get that just in a million in revenue or less, you need customer success, sales, marketing, support, sales engineers, solution architects. You need to pass security audits, you need dev-ops you need DR. You need 10 times more stuff than you ever thought, and that’s the one that nobody plans for correctly, and if you want to wing then you just have to suck it up and number one has got to wear four hats.
