As an Industry Analyst with IDC, she has the pleasure of working with brilliant people across the IT industry and helping them solve challenging and exciting business problems. Today, her focus is on software pricing and licensing, and her goal is to become a virtual member of her client's pricing and licensing teams.

She is also responsible for driving IDC's research on Mobile Enterprise Applications.

In the past, she played a key role in launching IDC's Sofware as a Service (SaaS) research practice and covered SaaS at IDC for eight years.
