Baruch Sachs, Pegasystems

In his first job out of college as a technical writer, Baruch Sachs found himself designing better user interfaces so that he could write less. For the next 15 years he developed a wide range of skills in the areas of interaction design, user interface development, and product management, successfully leading efforts to improve the user experience across various industries. He built and continues to lead the UX consulting practice at Pegasystems, pushing for a sweeping transformation of UX in the Enterprise space. As a hands-on leader and consultant he has designed and built hundreds of applications for large organizations using third-party vendor tools and has seen firsthand the opportunities and challenges that come along with it. He still enjoys writing less, and designing more.
