Caroline O'Reilly, Workday

Caroline O’Reilly is the General Manager of Analytics at Workday. Her 500+ organization is responsible for all core reporting in Workday - 3B transactions a month! They also power Accounting Centre, Office Connect for Financial Reporting, People Analytics, Prism and Discovery Boards, enabling our customers to make smarter and faster decisions with their data. The team is spread across the San Francisco Bay Area, Vancouver, Prague and Dublin.

Caroline has worked in the software industry for more than 28 years, spending 16 of those leading engineering teams. She joined Workday’s engineering management team in 2012 and has spent the last eleven years in a number of leadership roles. Prior to Workday, she worked in the Netherlands for four years in a variety of industries. Caroline has an BSc in Computer Science, a Masters in Distributed Systems and Networks and an MBA from Trinity College Dublin. She is passionate about encouraging young women and underrepresented groups to pursue careers in technology through initiatives such as Workday’s Future Females program and as the exec sponsor of Black at Workday Dublin.
