Deb Scofield Biography
Deb Mills-Scofield helps companies create and implement highly actionable, adaptable, measurable, and profitable innovation-based strategic plans. Deb has 25+ years of strategic planning, execution and innovation experience with manufacturing, service and high-technology companies from large and global to early-stage. She has done a few carve-outs and start-ups. She asks her clients to match and donate 10% of her fee to improve lives in their community. Deb also is a Partner at Glengary LLC, an early-stage Venture Capital firm in Cleveland. Deb is a co-creator of Alex Osterwalder’s book, Business Model Generation, contributed to Steve Denning’s book The Leader’s Guide to Radical Management: Reinventing the Workplace for the 21st Century, Doug Sundheim’s book Taking Smart Risks, and several other forthcoming books, including her own.
