Joe Grover, LiquidHub

Joe is a Partner in the Managed Infrastructure Practice at LiquidHub, where he focuses on Outsourcing, Managed Applications and Infrastructure strategy, and delivery and management of multi-year large scale managed outsourcing contracts.

He has over 30 years of experience in government, private industry, and consulting and has successfully delivered solutions to the Financial Services, Health Insurance Payer, Life Sciences, Automotive, Technology, and Gaming Industry markets. Key projects include product selection and implementation, creation of multi-year IT strategies, and the creation of operational infrastructure to support large-scale outsourcing efforts.

Key technical projects include all aspects of technical delivery (including high availability, monitoring and performance management), operational performance in problem management and root cause analysis, large-scale complex multi-sourced project management in the delivery of application development and integration services.

A process oriented operational executive in technology solutions, Joe is a PMP certified project manager with extensive experience working with C-level executives in delivery of outsourced strategies to reduce cost while increasing productivity and capacity.

He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Excelsior College, along with undergraduate degrees in Maintenance Production Management and Automotive Technology from the United States Air Force.
