Katherine Monasebian Biography
Katherine Monasebian is a results-oriented leader, with broad experience driving transformation and growth at both large-scale and early-stage organizations. She has organized strong cross-functional teams for success, built scalable strategies and developed business capabilities to achieve growth and profitability.
Complementing Katherine’s record of executive success, she served for three years as President of the Harvard Business School Club of New York, an active 100-year old organization and the largest global network of HBS graduates worldwide, with 500+ volunteers serving 15,000 cross-generational alumni. In this role she restructured the organization, diversified revenue, realigned board governance, upgraded talent and implemented first membership and marketing plans.
Katherine has received several esteemed industry commendations including Top Women in Cross-Channel Retail through Retail Online Integration Magazine in 2013, Top 50 Women in Brand Marketing through Brand Innovators in 2014, and Luxury Women to Watch through Luxury Daily in 2016. She is frequently tapped to serve as a panelist and presenter to address digital trends and best practices related to omni-channel retail strategy, customer experience and organizational design.
Katherine earned her Masters of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and her undergraduate degree from Harvard University.
