Kyler Cheatham Biography
Kyler Cheatham is the 2025 Women in AI Tech Founder of the Year and the founder and partner of The Confluencial. Her firm builds AI for metals, heavy-industry, and manufacturing companies, where agents have to work inside real plant systems.
Her team built River.AI, an enterprise-tech recommendation engine powered by a purpose-built LLM and designed by an all-women engineering team. The Confluencial's agents run locally on any system, putting AI inside operations without tying it to one platform. She also leads the firm's expert witness practice on technology contracts.
Kyler reaches 70,000+ followers across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube with unfiltered takes on AI and enterprise tech. She writes the weekly ByteSized newsletter and co-hosts The Confluencial Live. Her mission: ungated access to real technology advice from people who aren't selling anything.
