Norman de Greve Biography
As the Chief Marketing Officer for CVS Health, Norm is responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy to grow the retail business and strengthen the CVS Health brand.
He has been recognized by Fast Company as one of the 100 Most Creative People in Business, PR Week as one of the 50 most influential people in health, and The Internationalist as one of the most Inspiring Marketers of the 21st Century.
Prior to joining CVS Health, Norm was President of the Boston and Detroit offices of Digitas. In his 14 years there, he helped grow the company into a world leader in marketing and developed a number of it’s offerings.
Prior to joining Digitas, Norman worked in management consulting, venture capital, and starting new ventures. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ithaca College and an MBA with Honors from University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
Norman is currently the Chairman of the Mobile Marketing Association (MMA), and serves on the Boards of the Association of National Advertisers (ANA), the Ehrenberg-Bass Institute for Marketing Science, and #SeeHer (promotes a more accurate portrayal of women in media and advertising). In addition, he is a guest lecturer at multiple universities and the Institute for Real Growth (IRG).
