Peter Russo leads the Field Engagement team within SAP Global Service & Support Marketing, responsible for all activities related to regional marketing integration, user group activities, global events (including Sapphire NOW), referencing and sales enablement support. Managing the attachment of our strategic content, working with key sales and delivery stakeholders in each region responsible for selling SAP Service & Support.

As a former IT industry analyst and strategy consultant for 10+ years, he has supported dozens of software and IT services suppliers. He is currently applying his deep expertise at SAP to lead teams across regional marketing, marketing strategy, content and audience marketing, and communications; as well as acting as an intrapreneur to foster innovative business and marketing models across customer adoption and various cloud businesses.

International cultures and learning through new experiences have always been his passion - even as a young child. And with great fortune, he turned that childhood interest into an international marketing and business development career spanning Europe, Latin America, and Japan.
