R.J. Smith, Venture Technologies

Mr. R. J. Smith serves as Vice President of Finance for Special Projects at Venture Technologies, Inc. Smith served as Vice President of Administration at Midway Gold Corp. Mr. Smith served as a Manager of Corporate Administration at Midway Gold Corp. He served as the Managing Director of Northern Europe Operations of telent Ltd., since 2003. He joined Marconi Corp. Plc in 1990 in the Mobile Systems and Terminals Group as Head of Marketing & Strategic Planning. R. J. Smith then spent two years in sales in the Business Systems group before becoming General Manager of GPT Finance. From 1996 to 1998 he returned to a sales role: firstly, in charge of the BT and Concert accounts, then as Head of Sales for the UK region and later, for the EMEA region.
