Russell Masters has worked for Rolls-Royce for over 18 years and for all of that time within Services. He is a qualified engineer with a degree in Aerospace Engineering and has worked across a variety of settings including Rolls-Royce’s maintenance and repair organisations, Customer and product support as well as latterly leading the development and of new services and the go to market activities supporting TotalCare. He now finds himself VP of Digital Services where he and his team lead the design and delivery of Digital applications and services in support of TotalCare.
