Sanjay Srivastava is senior vice president and Chief Digital Officer, where he runs Genpact’s growing Digital business, overseeing the Genpact Cora platform and all Digital products and services. Genpact Cora is an artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled platform incorporating a scalable and curated set of digital technologies that builds upon customer experience at the core and delivers industry-leading governance, integration, and orchestration capabilities.

Previously, as a technology entrepreneur, Sanjay built four startups, taking each from founding to sustainable product businesses, and eventually successful acquisitions by Akamai, BMC, SunGard, and Genpact respectively. Sanjay also held operating leadership roles in other large corporations including Hewlett Packard, Akamai, and SunGard where he oversaw product management, global sales, engineering, and services P&Ls.

Sanjay writes regularly on pertinent AI issues and has been named by IDG as one of the top “10 Digital Transformation Influencers to Follow Today.” He has a monthly column, Competing in a Digital First World, on CIO.com, contributes to Information Management, Computer Business Review, AI Business, other publications, and frequently blogs on LinkedIn and in other forums. He speaks frequently at industry events on AI and digital transformation, with recent engagements at AI Summit, EmTech, the IIT Conference on Disruption, and the Hive, a Silicon Valley event on AI.

Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Sanjay received his graduate degree from the University of Minnesota and earned his undergraduate degree from the Indian Institute of Technology.
