Tiger Tyagarajan Biography
Based in New York, Tiger Tyagarajan is credited as one of the industry leaders who pioneered a new global business model and transformed a division of GE (formerly GE Capital International Services) into Genpact, a global professional services firm focused on delivering digital transformation for its clients, putting digital and data to work to create competitive advantage. With $2.57 billion in annual revenues and more than 77,000 employees across 20+ countries, Genpact integrates lean principles, design thinking, analytics and digital technologies domain and industry expertise to deliver disruptive business outcomes – an approach called Lean DigitalSM. Genpact is publicly listed on the NYSE under the symbol ‘G.’
Tiger frequently writes and speaks about global talent issues, continuous skill development, and the importance of building a strong corporate culture. He is also passionate about diversity, serving on the Boards of Catalyst and the Center for Talent Innovation (CTI) and as one of the founding supporters of the U.S. chapter of the 30% Club, an organization of CXOs focused on achieving better gender balance at U.S. companies. Tiger is also a member of the WSJ CEO Council.
