Tom DeCarlo joined UBS in July 2015 as Managing Director, Head of Client Services. Tom has service delivery responsibility across the Americas as well as responsibility for contact center technology strategy and service operations.

Prior to joining UBS, Tom was the Global Head of Wealth Management Client Services for Morgan Stanley where he was responsible for the service strategy, service technology and migration relative to the largest joint venture known to Wall Street with Smith Barney leading an organization of 1200+ team members across 6 service centers in 5 countries focused on delivering best-in-class service to more than 7 million retail brokerage clients and the 16,000+ financial advisors within the Firm.

Tom has more than 20 years of client service leadership and technology experience working for Merrill Lynch, Paytrust.com, BISYS and Unisource Worldwide. Tom and his family reside in Millstone, NJ.
