Michael Capone has been Corporate Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Automatic Data Processing, Inc. since 2008. Mr. Capone joined ADP in 1988. Mr. Capone is a 25-year veteran of ADP and has held positions in product development, information technology, and operations.
He served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of GlobalView from 2005 to 2008. In this role, he led ADP’s efforts to develop a global HR business process outsourcing business for large multi-national corporations in partnership with SAP. Under Mr. Capone's leadership, ADP has been recognized as one of the top 25 Most Influential Technology Vendors for 2009 by The Aberdeen Group as well as named to Forbes magazine’s list of The World’s Most Innovative Companies in 2011. Mr. Capone holds a bachelor of science degree in computer science from Dickinson College and a master of business administration degree in finance from Pace University.
