Episode #860 of CXOTalk welcomes Terrence J. Sejnowski, one of the world's foremost pioneers in artificial intelligence and neuroscience, to explore the connections between neural networks, human cognition, and the transformation of work. As the Francis Crick Professor at the Salk Institute for Biological Studies and author of "ChatGPT and the Future of AI: The Deep Language Revolution," Sejnowski examines how AI systems fundamentally reshape jobs, skills, and society.
Drawing from his unique perspective as a neuroscientist and AI researcher, Sejnowski discusses the similarities and differences between human and artificial neural networks. He addresses crucial questions about AI's impact on jobs, bias in AI systems, and the development of autonomous AI agents. His insights offer business leaders a clear view of how AI technology will transform the workplace and what organizations must do to prepare for this change.
