The target population for Lean Innovation Management is executives in existing companies who want to learn how to make innovation happening again with innovation happening faster, cheaper, and with less drama and turmoil. We now know how to build innovation engines inside of large corporations, and it’s something we kind of outsourced and almost got rid of as part of our DNA for the last couple of decades.
