This is ultimately as much as we can get excited about the technology, and in another year’s time, analytics tools, robotic automation, cognitive and computing tools, this is all going to be widely available.

Everyone is going to have partnerships with these providers. Everyone is going to be able to say that they have these weapons in their armory, but what they really need is the right leaders to get them there, and the right transformative people, and the right thinkers to get in there. So don’t lose sight of the people and the talent as we shift through the technology evolution that we’re in.
