What we look at at HFS is we look at the ‘how’ you know, we look beyond the hype of the marketing that we see coming from the technology and the service providers into how do you actually take this and embrace this and really enable this through the organisation. You know, analytics are only meaningful when you’re looking at the right components of data to analyze, and you have got the talent behind it who knows what they’re looking for. The same with automation, it’s understanding what to automate and what not to automate to be effective. So that’s really the connection.
