He drives both enterprise and tactical marketing technologies & capabilities across web, mobile, social, CRM, eCommerce & Analytics to enable KC's brands get ahead of the curve and deliver the most optimized and relevant consumer experience. This includes adoption of new marketing & eCommerce technologies through an ongoing innovation framework (from agile methodology, trials, POCs, pilots to commercialization).

He was part of the Marketing Services Leadership Team & used his technology expertise & understanding of the cross channel interactive marketing spectrum to architect & build all round digital marketing solutions & platforms that bring the brands on par with ever changing customer needs & market trends.
